We celebrate Salesian spirituality by embracing the values of joy, compassion, and community. We celebrate together through events and activities that promote unity and inclusivity. These celebrations foster a sense of belonging and pride, strengthening our bonds and collective spirit.
Masses and Liturgies
Masses and liturgies are an important part of our catholic faith. They serve not only as religious ceremonies but also as integral moments for spiritual growth and community bonding. These gatherings provide students, faculty, and staff with an opportunity to come together in prayer, reflection, and worship, fostering a sense of unity and shared faith.
They offer a platform for students to deepen their understanding of religious teachings and values, reinforcing moral development and ethical behavior within the school community. They also serve as occasions to celebrate achievements, commemorate special events, and seek guidance and blessings for the challenges ahead.
Feast Days
Our College conducts two feast days per year. One for our Salesian Saints, St. John Bosco and St. Dominic Savio and the other for our Dominican Saints, St. Catherine of Siena and St. Dominic Guzman.
Feast days are cherished occasions that honour patron saints who embody the values and ethos of our College. These celebrations are steeped in tradition and spirituality, bringing together students, teachers, and administrators in commemoration and reflection. They serve as reminders of the virtues and principles that define the school's mission, offering moments for prayer, gratitude, and community building.
Be who you are and be that well.

Retreats
Annually, our Year 7-10 students partake in a retreat. Retreats offer students dedicated time for spiritual reflection, personal growth, and community building. Retreats promote unity and camaraderie among students and staff, nurturing a sense of belonging and reinforcing the school's mission to cultivate well-rounded individuals with a strong foundation in Christian principles.
These retreat experiences often incorporate prayer, reflection on scripture, and spiritual direction, fostering deeper connections with faith and moral values. They provide a pause from the daily routine, allowing participants to contemplate their relationship with God, others, and themselves.
OzBosco
OzBosco is a three day annual camp in which Salesian schools nationwide gather together and celebrate being a part of the Salesian community. Each year there is a different theme that is reflected upon during the duration of the camp, and a variety of team building exercises, guest speakers and workshops are held. This is a great opportunity for Dominic students to meet and interact with students from many different Salesian schools and youth organisations.
